Try Lacrosse For Free

First time players and those with limited experience will be introduced to the fundamentals of throwing, catching, scooping, cradling, and other basic skills. The goal of every clinic is for players to learn the game in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Indoor gym sessions, tennis shoes required, all other equipment provided.

Please note these sessions are reserved strictly for NEW players that have never been part of a lacrosse team.

What happens at a Try Lacrosse Free Clinic?

Participants will learn basic techniques for cradling, scooping, passing, and catching from coaches, experienced players, and/or board members in a fun, non-contact, low-pressure environment.

Can I register for more than one session?

Yes! Registration is required but new players can attend one or more sessions.

What equipment should I bring?

Tennis shoes. Sticks will be available for players to use, but can bring their own if they choose.

Can parents observe?

Yes! Parents are welcome to stay during the session, observe, and ask questions.

Why are these sessions being offered in the gym?

This is the most cost-effective method to offer no-cost, no-commitment sessions to players interested in learning one of the fastest games in the nation.
